Overview of program:

Character comes first. This program’s focus is on the child’s total Character Development. Today’s children face numerous challenges. Issues that arise range from latch key kids to kids who are so pampered and protected that they lack the social skills necessary to be independent. For some. computers and the television have become an addiction and for others, throwing tantrums or being irresponsible have become the norm. This program serves to align the students’ values to positive values – to be loving, caring and responsible. Our habits can make or break us.  Students will start the process of getting rid of habits that are detrimental and do not serve them; and start to adopt and practise habits that bring them long-term success.

Children will have tremendous FUN during their learning process.

This program is radically different from traditional educational systems. You know how when you are looking for something, you start seeing it everywhere? It’s the same thing with habit and behaviour changes.

Program Outline:

  •       Students will have a lot of fun and learning through activities and games
  •       Instil and inculcate positive values and beliefs in the students
  •       Help students to renew their minds and adopt a better mindset

  •       Enhance their social skills in relating to their family, teachers and peers
  •       Learning to work in a team/family
  •       Instil thankfulness, appreciation and respect for their parents and elders

The program will be structured in the following way:

  • 20% of the program will be acquiring knowledge through the sharing of the trainers’ experience and expertise.
  • 50% of the program will be games and activities, as games are the reflection of behaviours, helping students to be more aware of who they are and what they had been doing.
  • 30% of the program will be self-discovery. This is done through de-briefs, exercises or self reflection. The power of self-discovery is that all learning points come from the participants themselves and they own the answers instead of answers being given to them. This creates a transformational impact on their lives.

In this session, parents will be briefed on what the children had been taught and how the parents can still support their learning when they are back at home. The language used in the camp will also be shared during this session so that parents can continue to use the same language at home to support the child’s continuous improvement.

Please take note that if either parent is not able to attend this graduation ceremony, we reserve the right not to take in the student. This is extremely important for the child to feel and know that he/she is completely love and supported at this important moment.
